lyrics

Just because you can do it, it doesn't always mean that you should, and just because you get paid to it doesn't always mean that you're any good. You've been playing for ages and can't seem to level the score. You're just pushing the pieces around and around and around the board. Resign, resign. Tip over the king, shake their hand and smile. Resign, resign, go home and shout into the void online... This is a tough situation and maybe I shouldn't intrude but there's a growing opinion that you're no good. Perhaps you should resign. Resign before you look any more asinine. Resign, resign, your lofty ambitions to the bin consign. Resign, resign. Get out of the way for the next in line. Resign. Resign. You've made enough money, of course you'll be fine.
